Digital Signage Support Specialist

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Digital Signage Support Specialist.

Your duties will include:

• Monitoring the correctness of campaign playback and displays

• Reporting the status of screens and display performance

• Resolving display-related issues, including inconsistencies in screen output

• Managing and updating schedules and content (ramówka)

• Verifying the correctness of uploaded media files

• Providing ongoing status reporting of content updates

• Verifying player availability (online/offline)

• Checking whether content has been correctly downloaded and displayed

• Handling ad hoc implementations in urgent situations

 Requirements that must be met:

• Experience working with Digital Signage systems or similar display/content management solutions

• Experience in monitoring and handling campaigns/displays

• Experience working with content (uploading, updating, verifying file correctness)

• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to content display and device availability

• Experience in operational roles requiring continuous monitoring and quick response

• Ability to report status and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work under time pressure

• Good communication skills

• Very good English and Polish
