Support Engineer
The Role
Strategic bridge between Dev, QA, and Business teams. You will ensure environmental stability, oversee deployments, and manage incident resolution. Your focus is on maintaining high system reliability through monitoring and technical coordination across the full delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and Microservices.
Automation: Hands-on with PowerShell, Ansible, and YAML CI/CD pipelines.
Ops & Monitoring: Experience with Grafana/Prometheus and ServiceNow.
Data: Strong SQL (CRUD, stored procedures, reporting).
Soft Skills: Clear communication to link technical teams with business stakeholders.
