Digital Signage Support Specialist

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Digital Signage Support Specialist.
Your duties will include:
Monitoring the correctness of campaign playback and displays
Reporting the status of screens and display performance
Resolving display-related issues, including inconsistencies in screen output
Managing and updating schedules and content (ramówka)
Verifying the correctness of uploaded media files
Providing ongoing status reporting of content updates
Verifying player availability (online/offline)
Checking whether content has been correctly downloaded and displayed
Handling ad hoc implementations in urgent situations
Requirements that must be met:
Experience working with Digital Signage systems or similar display/content management solutions
Experience in monitoring and handling campaigns/displays
Experience working with content (uploading, updating, verifying file correctness)
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to content display and device availability
Experience in operational roles requiring continuous monitoring and quick response
Ability to report status and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail
Ability to work under time pressure
Good communication skills
Very good English and Polish
