Delivery Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Delivery Manager to our Family Island studio.

As a Delivery Manager, you will build and lead agile concepts and methodologies while guiding amazing cross-functional teams of energized, brilliant and creative engineers and work on unique challenges of scale and performance while keeping a steady pace of deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for two Scrum teams, facilitate Scrum events and manage releases according to the existing process
• Plan and execute Feature releases
• Communicate and negotiate risks during feature development
• Be involved in the day to day release and production activities
• Manage the scope, schedule, and resources of key initiatives, ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked, work with the team to create success/done criteria
• Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress
• Improve and support existing processes inside the RnD organization by working closely with other delivery managers in the studio
• Be a synchronization point for other Scrum teams in a studio and apply effective communication and synchronization across business and technical function teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project manager
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Deep knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle
• Strong Project management skills
• Experience in working with multiple projects (and teams) simultaneously;
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile development methodologies;
• Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with Change Management
• Result-driven and self-organized
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong relationship and communication skills
• Experience in Gaming industry (mobile games) is a big plus
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Ukrainian, Russian, or Belarusian
