Senior Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery / Programme Manager to drive delivery excellence across a product suite in a complex digital environment. This role is focused on ensuring predictable outcomes, clear priorities, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement in how value is delivered.

You will act as a bridge between product, business stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams — helping translate business goals into practical delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks, and provide transparent reporting on progress, outcomes, and value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a product suite, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress.

• Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, identifying risks and impediments, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

• Improve delivery flow by optimising ways of working and embedding continuous improvement across teams.

• Support product suite-level planning, including prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity management.

• Provide clear reporting, executive summaries, and delivery insights to stakeholders and leadership.

• Manage delivery-related finances, balancing cost, value realisation, and delivery priorities.

• Work closely with product owners, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and leadership across locations.

• Support governance, dependency management, and risk handling across agile and project-based delivery models.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in delivery, programme, or project management.

• Proven experience driving delivery in complex IT or digital environments.

• Experience working across both agile and project-based delivery models.

• Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, risk management, and delivery planning.

• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft 365 or similar.

• Ability to translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and practical execution steps.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations at different levels.

• Experience working with product owners, teams, and leadership in an international or distributed environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise executive-level reporting.

• Pragmatic, structured, outcome-driven approach with strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the engineering domain or an engineering background/degree.

• Experience working in large, international organisations or multi-team product environments.
