Senior Delivery Manager

We are seeking a strong Senior Delivery Manager - The role focuses on driving delivery excellence across the EPC DT sector by fostering alignment among stakeholders and ensuring predictable outcomes in project management.

Main Responsibilities

Lead delivery across a product suite within EPC DT, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, dependencies, risks, and progress.

• Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, managing risks and impediments, and enabling data-driven decisions.

• Optimize delivery flow by improving ways of working and embedding continuous improvement across teams.

• Support product suite-level planning, including prioritization, sequencing, and capacity management.

• Provide transparent reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership.

• Manage delivery finances, balancing cost and value realization.

The role may include traveling activities to support related delivery or transformation initiatives within and across the product suite.

Key Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in delivery, programme, or project management.

• Proven experience driving delivery in complex IT environments.

• Experience working across both agile and project-based delivery models.

• Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and risk handling.

• Experience with delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Microsoft 365).

• Ability to translate business goals into clear delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations at multiple levels.

• Comfortable working with product owners, teams, and leadership across locations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to create clear executive summaries and delivery reporting.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Engineering, or holding an Engineering degree.

• Empathetic and collaborative approach with a strong ability to build trust.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
