Senior Delivery Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a strategic, multi-year digital transformation program focused on modernizing large-scale web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will coordinate delivery across multiple teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with business goals, governance standards, and long-term technology objectives, including a large-scale migration from .NET to Java.

You will play a key role in driving collaboration across a complex, multi-vendor environment while supporting the successful execution of Agile delivery processes and SAFe ceremonies.

Your tasks

• Coordinate the delivery of strategic digital initiatives across multiple teams and vendors

• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, priorities, and impediments in a complex ecosystem

• Align delivery activities with business objectives, governance standards, and program milestones

• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams

• Coordinate work across internal and external teams operating within a multi-vendor model

• Support and drive PI Planning activities and other SAFe ceremonies

• Ensure transparency of delivery progress, dependencies, and key decisions

• Balance competing priorities and stakeholder expectations across the organization

• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Testers to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements

• At least 5years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Release Train Engineer, or in a similar role within large-scale digital transformation programs

• Strong background in Agile software delivery and hands-on experience working within the SAFe framework

• Experience coordinating multiple teams and vendors in complex environments

• Solid understanding of web and mobile application delivery

• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations

• Familiarity with large-scale application modernization or technology migration initiatives

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Very good communication skills in both English and Polish

• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with enterprise-scale migration programs, particularly .NET to Java transformations

• Understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based environments

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, RTE, or related)
