Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Consultant with expertise in Pega High Risk Application Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues in both pre-production and production environments, and performing root cause analyses. This role requires a Pega CSA certification and a solid understanding of monitoring and analyzing Pega applications.
Main Responsibilities
The consultant will ensure the effective operation of Pega applications through various tasks including:
Accepting and analyzing support tickets
Troubleshooting issues in pre-production and production environments
Conducting root cause analysis as part of problem management
Preparing for ITIL foundation exam within specified time frame
Managing deployment of application changes via Pega deployment manager
Key Requirements
Pega Certified CSA
Experience in monitoring multiple Pega applications
Proficiency in Pega log analysis and debugging
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Familiarity with ITIL practices
Fluency in English
ITIL certified is required or willingness to complete
Nice to Have
3-5 years of experience in Pega application support
