Job description
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, and the ability to manage full lifecycle projects while liaising with various stakeholders. This is a key role that will drive successful project outcomes, ensuring the solutions align with business objectives and deliver strategic insights.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively lead teams, facilitate meetings, and communicate with stakeholders across all levels.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage and deliver full lifecycle projects from initiation to completion, with prior experience leading project teams.
Technical Skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Tools: Proficiency in using tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and Configuration Package for data migration and system configuration.
- Cross-Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with other Oracle HCM modules such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Time & Labor, and Payroll.
- Reporting & Analytics: Ability to create detailed reports and analytics within Oracle HCM Cloud to drive strategic business insights.
- Advanced Tools & Technologies: Experience with Oracle Fast Formulae, REST APIs, and Oracle Security Console for advanced customization.
- User Experience & Development: Understanding of Oracle Redwood UX design and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), with the ability to develop custom solutions using Visual Basic or other programming languages.
