Job Description

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will:

• Design and implement highly available and scalable Windows server environments.
• Develop advanced automation solutions using PowerShell and other tools.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and conduct root cause analysis for issues.
• Architect and deploy virtualization solutions using VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or equivalent platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions that meet business objectives.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including server migrations, upgrades, and consolidations.
• Maintain and enforce security best practices to safeguard systems against threats.
• Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and conduct training sessions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Windows server environments in AWS Cloud.
• Perform capacity monitoring and identify areas for performance improvement.
• Provide technical leadership in infrastructure projects.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Windows Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Windows Server environments and AWS Cloud services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization.
• Experience leading infrastructure projects and mentoring teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or VMware Certified Professional.
• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
