Network Administrator


Key Responsibilities

  • Network Maintenance:
  • Design, implement, and support WAN, LAN, and WIFI infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to ensure network reliability.
  • Network Security:
  • Monitor and enhance VPNs, access controls, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proactively address potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshooting:
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
  • Provide second-level support for helpdesk teams on network connectivity and device configuration issues.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Conduct regular performance testing and optimize network services.
  • Use tools like Nagios for network monitoring.
  • System Updates:
  • Install, configure, and update network hardware and software.
  • Ensure timely application of patches and updates.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive network diagrams and troubleshooting guides.
  • Create operational documentation for IT systems and processes.


Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 4–5 years in network administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with working in multicultural environments.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Linux, and network monitoring tools like Nagios.
  • Knowledge of ITIL good practices (optional).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
