Job Description:

• Play a pivotal role in the Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) transformation projects as a member of the design & build, integration, or deployment teams.
• Stay closely with the user department and technical consultants to fulfil business requirements and launch sustainable solutions.
• Consult, design and configure Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) solution to boost business potential and fulfil its needs.
• Support the gathering and definition of business requirements. Design solutions and processes and create comprehensive specifications and documentation.
• Participate in solution delivery, end-to-end testing, problem-solving, and end-user training, ensuring that the solutions are robust, user-friendly, and meet the business requirements.
• Collaborate with SAP S/4 HANA projects, particularly in systems integration, to ensure seamless operation and data flow between the systems.

Required knowledge and competencies:

• Excellent functional and business process knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) with a proven client-facing position.
• Expertise in end-to-end implementation projects in designing and configuring the processes in Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse)
• 7+ years of experience in Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse).
• Provide best practice implementation guidelines. Guide how to use the solution efficiently and maturely.
• Set development standards for the development team and guide them by supporting solution design and implementation.
• Hands-on S/4 HANA, SAP ECC or SAP APO will be an additional asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• Utilize your excellent communication abilities to effectively work with diverse stakeholders and explain specific solutions and concepts, recognizing the crucial role of interpersonal skills in this position.
• Fluent in written and spoken English to enable daily cooperation in international teams.
• Kinaxis certification is a must.
