Technology Strategy Director

Our client, a leading global advisory organization, is seeking a Technology Strategy Director to join the Strategy & Transformation practice. This role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-wide technology strategies that drive business growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technology strategy and digital transformation programs for large-scale organizations.

• Design enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, growth ambitions, and market positioning.

• Advise C-level stakeholders on technology-driven value creation, operating model design, and innovation agendas (including AI and emerging technologies).

• Oversee large multidisciplinary project teams and ensure high-quality delivery across strategic transformation initiatives.

• Support clients in redefining IT governance, architecture, sourcing strategy, and digital capabilities.

• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, building client relationships, and positioning technology as a strategic growth enabler.

  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, or digital transformation roles.

• Strong track record in leading enterprise-level transformation programs and advising senior executives.

• Experience in developing IT strategies, operating models, and digital roadmaps.

• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

• University degree in Technology; additional degree in Business, Economics, or Finance is an advantage.

• Polish - C2, English - minimum C1; additional languages are a plus.
