Head of Quality

A senior technology leader responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of software products within the financial information ecosystem. The Head of Quality & Testing defines and drives the quality strategy to guarantee that marketcritical applications, including realtime and reference data collection, processing and distribution systems, meet the highest standards of availability, performance, resilience, and data integrity.

Combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership, this role oversees end-to-end testing, quality engineering, test automation, nonfunctional testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position acts as a key stakeholder in driving engineering excellence, partnering closely with product, development, DevOps, and architecture teams to embed quality as a shared responsibility across the organization.

With a strong command of financial domain requirements, this role ensures that quality engineering practices support the tight latency expectations, precision demands, and operational risk constraints inherent to the financial information industry.

What You Will Do

• define and drive the overall quality strategy for realtime and reference data systems

• lead and develop distributed Quality Engineering teams and foster a culture of excellence

• implement and evolve testing methodologies and automation frameworks across functional and nonfunctional testing

• introduce and scale AI-driven quality engineering practices such as intelligent automation and anomaly detection

• establish and maintain quality metrics, dashboards and datadriven processes that support continuous improvement
