Your daily tasks on the job
- Preparing technical and test documentation for new and existing functionality,
- Preparing test plans and test cases,
- Analyzing and identifying potential project and product risks and proposing technical and process improvements,
- Coordinating with developers and other QA’s,
- Creating and analyzing software quality metrics,
- Supporting the team in carrying out manual tests and classifying the significance of detected errors,
- Holding and moderating project meetings,
- Coaching team members to ensure maximum quality of offered solutions (documentation, Show & Tell, etc.).
Who you are (Experience & Skills)
- 5+ years of experience in testing,
- Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in test conducting and designing tests,
- Experience with such approaches as BDD, ATDD, Specification by Example,
- Experience with test strategy creation; test planning and managing,
- Experience in test automation for at least one of the popular frameworks,
- English at an advanced level (at least B2).

- Familiar with security, performance and usability testing,
- Experienced in providing continuous integration: creating test environments, integration with build machines, automated testing in dispersed environments,
- Experienced in an agile methodology,
- Understand quality metrics and can analyze them,
- Able to work with relational databases.
