Product Designer (UX / UI)
Krakow, Kraków
Rimthan LAB
Role Purpose
The Product Designer ensures Rimthan’s ventures move from idea to testable product experiences at speed. With expertise in UX, rapid wireframing, and workshop leadership, they are highly efficient in transforming limited evidence and incomplete inputs into actionable designs that can be validated quickly.
This role is about delivery at pace. The designer thrives in ambiguity, reducing complexity into clear user flows and prototypes that keep projects moving. They balance user-centric thinking with practical constraints, ensuring solutions are both intuitive and feasible.
The role reports directly to the CPO, Marcus Wiberg: https://www.linkedin.com/in/marcuswiberg/
Core Responsibilities
Fast UX Execution
Translate assumptions and incomplete requirements into clear, testable wireframes and prototypes
Create user flows and designs quickly, optimizing for speed while keeping usability in focus
Adapt and iterate rapidly with minimal research inputs
Workshop Facilitation
Lead design workshops with clients and internal teams to align direction quickly
Use collaborative sessions to clarify needs, frame problems, and accelerate decision-making
Extract insights from limited evidence and turn them into actionable design directions
Design Delivery
Build intuitive, human-centered product experiences under tight timelines
Provide designs that are technically feasible and easy for engineers to implement
Maintain and reuse design systems and UI patterns to accelerate delivery
AI-Accelerated Workflows
Leverage AI to speed up research synthesis, wireframing, and prototyping
Use AI tools to expand ideation and reduce time spent on repetitive design tasks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Venture building, PMs and engineers to ensure alignment and speed of execution
Communicate design intent with clarity, avoiding over-research or analysis paralysis
Act as the design voice in fast-moving, client-facing contexts
Success Metrics
Speed of delivery: ability to produce usable wireframes, flows, and prototypes in days, not weeks
Pragmatism under constraints: delivering clear, testable designs with limited evidence or research
Adoption and client alignment: designs that are understandable, actionable, and aligned with venture goals
Delivery engine impact: reuse of design systems and patterns that reduce future turnaround times
Expectations
Operates independently in ambiguous contexts with incomplete inputs
Prioritizes delivery and pragmatism over perfection
Anticipates design risks and addresses them quickly with lightweight testing or stakeholder alignment
Communicates clearly to move teams forward fast, even when evidence is limited
Balances speed with enough quality to maintain credibility and user trust
Cultural Alignment
Bias for action: prefers shipping testable designs over waiting for perfect research
Customer-focused pragmatism: keeps users in mind while adapting to limited evidence
Collaborative and efficient: works as an equal partner with PMs, engineers, and venture teams
Ownership and accountability: takes responsibility for results, even under pressure
Moves fast with discipline: speed without losing clarity, integrity, or cohesion
