Senior Product Designer (AI-Native)

We're looking for a senior product designer who is deeply AI-native and obsessed with craft. Someone who moves fast, sweats details, and uses AI across the entire design lifecycle to deliver exceptional product quality.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end product design across discovery, prototyping, and delivery

• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude, multi-model workflows) to accelerate research, ideation, and iteration

• Create high-fidelity experiences with strong usability, clarity, and polish

• Define and evolve scalable design systems and interaction patterns

• Partner closely with product and engineering in fast-paced cycles

• Push for simplicity, consistency, and world-class execution

What we're looking for

• Senior-level product design experience (complex digital products)

• Strong AI fluency across the design process (prompting, synthesis, rapid prototyping)

• Hands-on experience with tools like Claude and modern AI-assisted workflows

• Exceptional eye for detail, typography, layout, and interaction quality

• Proven ability to ship fast without compromising craft

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
