Working fast, diversely, and internationally, VolleyStation is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to be the creative force behind our brand’s visual storytelling. We need an experienced professional to translate our vision into compelling visuals, maintaining a consistent and engaging identity across all communication channels. This role is a vital pillar of our marketing structure, designed to harmonize the visual execution of our strategy with our core business targets, ensuring every design choice serves a larger purpose.

Your Role

• Creating engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, and sales offers.

• Designing ad creatives for Google Ads, web banners, and mailing campaigns.

• Designing professional slide decks for both internal meetings and external partners.

• Expanding the current Key Visual (KV) for VolleyStation and leading the visual development of our new product.

• Producing case studies, use-case materials, and custom illustrations/animations.

• Developing comprehensive concepts for PR and promotional campaigns.

• Building reusable graphic templates and handling print-ready (DTP) files.

• Independently coordinating projects, manage timelines, and maintain proactive communication.

This role sits at the intersection of fast-paced delivery and strategic branding. We are looking for someone who can balance high-speed daily marketing assets with the long-term strategic task of expanding and maintaining the Key Visuals for both our main brand and our upcoming product. Do we have a match?

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases your work across a range of projects, including print, digital, brand identity, and social media campaigns.

• Proven expertise in Key Visual (KV) design.

• Excellent command of Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva.

• The ability to create and work with brand guidelines and brandbooks.

• A track record of developing creative concepts and managing projects from initial idea through to final implementation.

• A strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of current design trends.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality project execution.

• Creative, organized, and capable of working independently, with the strong organizational skills needed to effectively manage your time and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with After Effects, or After Express.

• Video editing or animation, including creating short-form content for platforms like Reels and TikTok.

• Using AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT) to optimize your workflow.

• Freehand drawing.
