Responsibilities

• Participate in developing new new app features from idea to implementation

• Create wireframes and user flows together with the team, real-time Figma drawing is needed to explore the ideas.

• Design UI prototypes for new and existing features, covering all possible interface states

• Create marketing materials, work with graphics and illustrations

• Define and improve design system components

• Initiate improvements and evolve current functionality with a focus on user experience and visual quality

• Enhance design quality through a systematic approach, strong visual awareness, and product thinking

• Collaborate with the engineering team on technical feasibility, hand off mockups, and prepare necessary documentation

• Participate in QA testing and design reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design (Mobile Apps, Web)

• 3+ years of experience in a product company designing mobile products (available on the App Store / Google Play)

• Proficiency in Experience in health & fitness or edtech domains

• Understanding of cross-platform development principles, as well as knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design (using components, auto layout, variants, variables)

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Experience creating graphic animations, ability to work with After Effects and Lottie animation

• Ability to share a portfolio and walk through cases where you participated in all stages – from problem definition to implementation

• Ability to work with an existing UI kit as well as create one from scratch

• Experience creating clickable prototypes and conducting usability testing

• Skill in UX development (wireframes, user flows, customer journeys) and hypothesis generation

• Knowledge and understanding of iOS and Android guidelines

• Foresight in decision-making, visual taste, and structured thinking

• English level – B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in health & fitness or edtech domains

• Understanding of cross-platform development principles, as well as knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design
