UX Designer

Our Client is a fast-growing organization in the modern technologies sector, focused on delivering innovative and practical digital solutions. The project involves designing and optimizing advanced mobile applications as well as responsive web services delivered in an outsourcing model. We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who will take full ownership of the design process — from initial concept through to implementation of final solutions.

📍 WORK MODEL: Poznań / Warsaw (with the possibility of remote work), with the expectation of occasional on-site presence for strategic design workshops.

⏱️ AVAILABILITY: We are looking for candidates available ASAP (the realistic project start is planned for March 2026).

🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End-to-end design of processes and interfaces for mobile applications (iOS, Android) and responsive web services.

• Close collaboration with Product Managers, Analysts, Researchers, and Engineers to deliver value quickly and iteratively.

• Independent ownership of the entire design process — from concept and ideation, through prototyping, to supervising implementation.

• Making and justifying product decisions based on user research insights and in-depth data analysis.

• Presenting project progress and design outcomes clearly, both visually and verbally, with strong emphasis on communicating design rationale and business impact.

🔍 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• At least 2 years of experience in designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web solutions.

• Excellent Polish language skills (native level) and English at a minimum B2 level.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and confidence in modern, user-centered design processes.

• Experience in designing solutions for the e-commerce domain and a solid understanding of online purchasing flows.

• Practical experience in independently conducting or co-leading user research activities.
