Service Desk Specialist

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Service Desk Specialist (Remote Work & Luxembourg Travel).
Your duties will include:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate technical problems according to established procedures.
Monitor and manage tickets in the service desk system.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Support users remotely and during business trips in Luxembourg.
Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the service desk system.
Follow security procedures and data protection policies.
Participate in projects aimed at improving IT service efficiency and user satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and continuously develop technical skills
Requirements that must be met:
Bachelor’s degree, post-secondary, or secondary education with equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in IT support or Facility Services within a structured support team.
Solid understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with service desk tools, including ticketing systems and remote support solutions.
Awareness of IT service management practices and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of resolving issues independently or escalating when necessary.
Flexibility and responsiveness in handling unexpected situations and support demands.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with technology trends.
Very good English and Polish
