System Administrator

At Pretius, we are looking for System Administrator responsible for the design, deployment and troubleshooting of Enterprise IT systems and solutions.

Project / Role

• Lead the delivery of IT projects within the organization.

• Help develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.

• Develop sophisticated system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance.

• Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation.

• Perform research, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex issues for new system technologies, on prem and cloud-based, in physical and virtual deployments. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in System Administrator role.

• Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs.

• General knowledge of Windows Server (2008 – 2019), Microsoft Application Servers and technologies.

• A solid understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts.

• Knowledge of Group Policy design and configuration.

• Expertise in Microsoft 365/Office 365/ Azure/ Intune (MS Cloud) with all services.

• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.

• General knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration services.

• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.

• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
