We are looking for Business Development Manager (Lead Generation & Indirect Sales Coordination).
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving People More’s commercial growth by generating new business opportunities, developing a strong and predictable sales pipeline andaccount management for already signed contracts. Additionally, we are looking for a person who would like to manage network of brand ambassadors and partners (indirect sales). The role requires a proactive, highly organized professional with strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Your duties will include:
Proactively identify and engage new potential clients across Europe and oversees markets, particularly within IT outsourcing, team augmentation, and project delivery services.
Execute outbound prospecting activities, including LinkedIn outreach, campaign followups, cold mailing, networking, and participation in business events.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Conduct introductory meetings with prospects, understand business needs, and present People More’s service offerings effectively.
Maintain an active sales pipeline aligned with company goals and provide systematic updates to management.
Handling in-direct sales by managing and growing a network of external agents and partners generating opportunities in assigned markets — reflecting the multi-agent referral programme.
Onboarding new and supproting existing agents in understanding People More’s service portfolio, positioning, value proposition, and market differentiation.
Provide agents with necessary sales materials, updates, and guidance on lead-generation best practices.
Monitor agent performance, track results, and ensure effective communication flows, addressing challenges such as lack of time to maintain agent contact.
Requirements that must be met:
3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in IT outsourcing, tech consulting, or staffing.
Strong outbound lead-generation skills and confidence in navigating diverse client environments.
Experience working with or coordinating indirect sales channels (referral programmes, agents, partners) is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales engagement tools.
Ability to prepare offers, proposals, and sales documentation in a structured, professional manner.
Polish and English profficiency (minimum C1)
Additional languages (German, French, others) are a plus depending on target markets.
