About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive who knows their way around SaaS sales. Someone who can jump into our inbound motion, drive deals forward, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves for some outbound hustle when the pipeline needs love.
You’ll be joining a small, high-performing sales team at Survicate - a customer feedback platform helping companies capture, analyze and act on insights that drive growth. We have a hybrid go-to-market model - roughly a 50/50 split between product-led growth and sales-assisted motion. You’ll focus on the sales-assisted side, handling larger, more complex deals that often involve multiple stakeholders, procurement, legal reviews, and custom requirements.
You’ll own the full sales cycle - from the first “hey there 👋” to closing the deal - and you’ll have the freedom (and support) to experiment with creative ways to bring new customers on board.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle; discovery, qualification, demo, negotiations, to closing
Manage complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers, legal/procurement steps, and technical requirements
Take ownership of your pipeline coverage - keep it healthy, predictable, and aligned with your targets; when inbound volume slows down, we expect you to proactively fill the gaps with smart outbound outreach
Work closely with marketing and customer success to share insights from the field and shape our messaging
Represent Survicate at conferences and industry events - in person. You’ll demo, network, and close right on the spot. This means you may need to travel occasionally (mostly within Europe), especially during conference season
Who we’re looking for
You’re not new to the SaaS game - you’ve spent a few years (2-4, ideally) selling subscription-based B2B software, and you know what a real sales cycle looks like. You’ve handled inbound leads, you’ve built your own pipeline when needed, and you understand how to navigate deals with multiple stakeholders, procurement, and the occasional legal curveball.
But beyond experience, here’s the kind of person we click with:

You’re tech-savvy. You learn tools quickly (both ours and the ones we integrate with) and you can confidently explain how Survicate fits into a customer’s existing tech stack. You understand ecosystems, not just products.

On the other hand, this role might not be a fit if…
You prefer a structured, corporate-style environment. We move fast, pivot often, and sometimes build the plane while flying it. We understand that this dynamic isn't for everyone, and that's perfectly okay.
Change and ambiguity stress you out. Roles evolve here. New processes, priorities, and ideas pop up as we grow. Embracing this level of flexibility is crucial for success here, but we acknowledge it may not suit everyone.
You need constant direction. We value self-starters who figure things out and make things happen. If you prefer a more structured work setting where tasks are explicitly assigned, our outcomes-focused approach might not align with your expectations.
You’re not comfortable managing a high volume of leads and deals. This role involves juggling multiple conversations at once and staying organized in a fast-paced setting. If you are more comfortable working with a smaller volume of leads and prefer a more focused workload, our high-volume, fast-paced environment might not be the ideal fit for you.
Compensation:
Salary of PLN 8,000 to PLN 10,000 net + VAT (on target salary)💰
Uncapped commission 👋
