Digital Marketing Specialist (m/k)
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who will support the execution and optimisation of customer communication campaigns using Push notifications and SMS channels. In this role, you will work closely with campaign managers, analytics teams and other stakeholders to deliver targeted messaging, analyse campaign performance and continuously improve engagement and revenue.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, marketing technology and fast-paced digital environments.

Your responsibilities:
Plan, launch and monitor Push notification and in-app Push campaigns.
Collaborate with campaign managers to execute daily marketing activities including segmentation preparation, campaign production files and A/B testing schedules.
Assist in coordinating SMS and Push communication calendars as well as application content updates.
Ensure that key marketing messages are delivered consistently across Push and in-app notification channels.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering website, SMS and Push campaign results.
Analyse campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities and support revenue growth.
Work together with the Data Analytics team to build and maintain customer segmentation strategies.
Troubleshoot operational issues to keep campaigns running on schedule and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business or a related field preferred).
Around 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in email marketing, CRM campaigns or push messaging.
Basic understanding of Push notification campaigns and lifecycle messaging.
Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
Experience with Push marketing platforms will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Campaign, Insider, AEP or similar marketing technologies is a plus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.
Quick learner with an interest in new technologies and marketing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity, proactive mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
