Digital Marketing Specialist (Junior / Regular)
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Junior / Regular) who will help us build marketing that supports not only visibility, but also real business growth and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that marketing today is more than just posting content — it’s also about paid campaigns, conversion, experimentation, analytics, and supporting sales through smart digital activities.
You’ll work across social media, paid advertising, performance-driven content, and AI-powered marketing tools, helping us promote our products and services more effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and growing our social media presence across selected channels
Planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta / Google / LinkedIn depending on business needs)
Supporting lead generation activities that help feed our sales pipeline
Creating and optimizing marketing content from both visibility and conversion perspective
Collaborating with the team on campaign strategy, messaging, and content direction
Monitoring website and campaign performance using analytics tools
Analyzing results and proposing improvements based on data and performance metrics
Supporting product and service promotion through digital marketing initiatives
Using AI tools to support content creation, campaign planning, research, and optimization
Working closely with the team to define KPIs and measure marketing effectiveness
Requirements:
At least initial hands-on experience in digital marketing (commercial, freelance, internship, side projects or own initiatives)
Strong interest in performance marketing, paid advertising, social media, and lead generation
Analytical mindset and willingness to work with data, results, and optimization
Basic understanding of how paid campaigns, funnels, and digital marketing channels work
Ability to combine creative thinking with business and performance goals
Comfortable using digital tools and open to working with AI-powered marketing solutions
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach
Nice to Have:
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of SEO
Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, or similar tools
Understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign performance metrics
Experience using AI tools for content, campaign support, research, or optimization
Interest in B2B, SaaS, AI, or tech marketing
