As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Growth & Advanced) to help businesses automate and improve their marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and eager to learn more while working on real projects. You’ll have the opportunity to develop both your technical expertise and business communication skills while working closely with clients and team members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking part in the development of Marketing Automation strategies

• Analyzing and optimizing marketing processes

• Learning to use Salesforce Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement under the watchful eye of our experts

• Updating and developing marketing processes using Marketing Automation tools

• Creating and implementing automated user interaction processes to generate sales opportunities

• Assisting project teams in their interactions with international clients

• Coordinating works related to eCommerce channel management

• Conducting campaign efficacy analyses and preparing result reports

• Assisting the team with other marketing activities

What will you need?

• Higher education/a university degree

• Interest in new technologies, digital marketing, e-commerce, etc.

• Good grasp of the Marketing Automation/ Digital marketing terminology

• An analytical mind and a desire to improve

• Very good grasp of English (spoken & written)

• Good organizational skills

• Highly developed interpersonal skills - communication with business partners

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and SQL
