Junior/Mid Quant Analyst

We are looking for someone with a strong background in mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative field, who is interested in a systematic approach to trading digital asset markets.

In this role, you will work on:

• analyze market data and trading results

• build, test, and improve models and strategies

• develop research tools

• form hypotheses, test them, and draw clear conclusions

• help improve and implement algorithms

We are looking for candidates who have:

• strong analytical and mathematical skills

• good Python skills (C++ is a plus)

• ability to work with data, form good hypotheses, and validate them

• independence, accuracy, and attention to detail

• interest in financial markets, algorithmic trading, or digital assets

Nice to have:

• knowledge of statistics, probability, optimization, or time series

• experience with data analysis, modeling, or programming projects

• interest in quantitative research, market microstructure, or systematic trading
