Marketing Automation Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support and scale B2B marketing operations by building automated campaigns, optimizing lead generation processes, and ensuring strong alignment between marketing and sales.
Your responsibilities:
Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
Execute and support lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
Implement and manage lead scoring models and lifecycle processes.
Ensure high quality of marketing data, proper segmentation, and accurate campaign targeting.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize activities based on KPIs and data insights.
Work hands-on with Pardot (and/or similar marketing automation tools).
Collaborate closely with sales, lead generation, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
We are looking for you, if you have:
3–6+ years of experience in Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing Operations.
Hands-on experience with Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation processes.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Ability to manage marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
