CEO

President of the Management Board since the establishment of the Company in 2015. Formerly contributed to the development of the SSC department handling IT outsourcing within the Transition Technologies Group, maintaining an association since 2001.

Lena Rożak

Management Board & Financial Director

She is responsible for shaping and implementing the company's financial strategy, planning and supervising costs and well co-creating and optimizing processes.

Management Board & Operational Director

From 2017, he is also the President of the Management Board of the subsidiary TTMS Malaysia. He has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of software development, the provision of IT services and resource management in this area.

About us

We are an IT company with a global reach. We serve large companies and global corporations by implementing and maintaining dedicated IT systems, as well as automating their business processes. Since many years, we have been certified partners of AEM, Salesforce, and Microsoft.

2015

A team of several dozen people, operating within the structures of the Transition Technologies Capital Group, is established as TTMS.

2016

A new company in Great Britain is established under the wings of TTMS – TT Managed Services Ltd. In Warsaw, we are opening a Dedicated Service Center for one of our strategic clients.

2017

We are sailing out into the open waters. We open a company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which today serves Asian companies and global corporations.

2018

Another year of dynamic development: we are opening new offices in Poland, developing in London and Kuala Lumpur, establishing new contacts in Silicon Valley.

2019

We are not slowing down. We already have 9 locations in Poland and new representative offices in the USA and Singapore.

2020

On the company’s fifth anniversary, we can boast of a new office in Kuala Lumpur and record profits.

2021

Our global expansion plans are gaining momentum – we are buying the Danish company ConCor A/S (now TTMS Nordic) and sailing into wide Nordic waters. We are also publishing an ESG report for the first time.

2022-2024

In 2022 ConCor A/S becomes TTMS Nordic. In 2023 ew are opening a new office in Poznań and starting to operate in Romania. We are making another acquisition: we are buying the Swiss company Pixel Plus based in Zurich. We are changing the company’s headquarters – we are moving to Varso Tower in Warsaw, a modern business center that meets the highest environmental requirements. In 2024 we are opening an office in Bengaluru, India, providing support to TTMS Malaysia.
