Join our dynamic support team working with a leading banking institution! We’re looking for an L2 Application Support Specialist to ensure smooth operations across production, staging, and test environments. You'll play a vital role in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving incidents for enterprise applications, acting as a bridge between end-users, infrastructure teams, and L3 support.
- 2+ years of experience in L2 application or production support
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and log analysis
- Good understanding of AppServer, databases, and middleware
- Proficient in ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Progress OpenEdge, Node.js, or PAS AppServer
- Proactively monitor application health and respond to alerts
- Triage and resolve application incidents (ServiceNow queue)
- Analyze logs and metrics (Kibana, Grafana, Splunk) for troubleshooting
- Support enterprise applications in production and non-production environments
- Collaborate with L3 support and infrastructure teams on complex issues
- Rate up to 130 PLN/h net on B2B
