Senior Product Owner

Product Owner (Digital Platform / Transformation Program)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation initiative focused on building a next-generation member-facing platform.

This is a greenfield product environment where you will help define solutions from the ground up. The platform is designed to support users in making informed health and financial decisions through a modern, intuitive digital experience.

You will work in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and strong alignment between product vision and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals

• Build and manage a balanced product roadmap

• Own and prioritize a structured product backlog

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements

• Write actionable user stories with acceptance criteria

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)

• Validate deliverables to ensure quality and release readiness

• Drive continuous product improvement and optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner

• Strong ability to define functional and technical requirements

• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or Balsamiq

• Deep knowledge of backlog management and prioritization methods (MoSCoW, RICE, WSJF)

• Strong stakeholder communication skills (including executive reporting)

• High ownership mindset and accountability

• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and release processes

• CSPO (or similar certification) is a plus

• Technical background is an advantage
