Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Specialist to join teams working on global, large-scale initiatives. This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic, international environment and contribute to projects with real impact on millions of users. As a Senior QA Automation Specialist, you will play a key role within the development team, actively shaping quality practices, sharing your expertise, and supporting the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Designing and defining automated test scenarios using Cucumber
• Developing and maintaining automated tests in Java 21 with Selenium
• Reviewing and supporting Cucumber-based test scenarios
• Planning and executing negative test cases
• Driving and supporting QA activities across the delivery team
• Testing data flows and system integrations, including APIs, Kafka, and databases
• Collaborating closely with developers and other team members to ensure high quality of delivered solutions

Expected competences and knowledge

• +5 years of experience in Test Automation
• Strong experience in defining test scenarios in Cucumber
• Hands-on experience with Java (21) and Selenium for test automation
• Experience in reviewing BDD/Cucumber test scenarios
• Solid understanding and practice of negative testing
• Ability to proactively drive and support QA activities within a delivery team
• Understanding of data flows and experience in testing: REST APIs, Kafka, databases

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with Splunk
• Basic knowledge of Sonar
• Basic understanding of Docker
• Exploratory testing skills
