Test Automation Engineer (Java)

About the Project

We are looking for Automation Testers (Java) who will join a team working on projects from logistics industry.

Work Mode: remote (with occasional visits to the office in Warsaw)

Duration of the project: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Java

• Enhance and maintain the company’s internal Java-based automation testing framework

• Create and document test scenarios, test cases, and testing strategies

• Execute component, system, and integration testing to ensure high product quality

• Perform manual testing activities when automation is not applicable

• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and documentation using Jira and Confluence

• Analyze test results and clearly communicate risks, findings, and quality insights to the team

• Work closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and product quality

Expectations

• Min. 5 years of experience in software testing

• Strong Java programming skills, particularly in the context of test automation

• Experience working with test automation frameworks

• Solid understanding of test design techniques and structured test management practices

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Ability to work effectively across both automated and manual testing processes

• English proficiency: B2/C1 (fluent)

• Polish language: required

Nice to have: 

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding systems

• Experience testing integration-heavy or event-driven platforms
