Senior Manual Tester

Salary: 500-800 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia or Gdańsk (at least 2-3 days per week from the office)

Project

The project focuses on the development and maintenance of a large-scale digital platform supporting financial services used by millions of end users. The solution consists of modern web and mobile applications integrated with multiple backend services and APIs. The system operates in a complex ecosystem with numerous integrations and high quality and reliability requirements. The project is delivered by distributed Agile teams working in an international environment, with a strong focus on quality assurance, test transparency, and continuous improvement of testing practices.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Ensure QA activities are conducted efficiently and properly documented in accordance with established quality standards
• Analyze requirements and design test cases and test scenarios
• Plan, execute, and monitor manual testing activities
• Report, track, verify, and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle
• Recommend appropriate actions based on test results and identified risks
• Identify test cases suitable for automation after manual verification
• Collaborate closely with the Scrum team to ensure high quality of delivered software

Expected competences and knowledge

• 8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
• ISTQB Certification (Foundation level or higher)
• Experience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems
• Experience in mobile application testing
• Experience in system testing of modern Web and Mobile UI
• Strong experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar)
• Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and testing approaches
