Salary: 900 - 1300 PLN/MD + VAT (B2B contract)

Work Model: elastic hybrid – 1 day/week in Warsaw or Gdynia office

We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant with strong experience in CRM and Marketing Cloud to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are well-aligned with customer journey strategies, marketing goals, and CRM best practices. You'll work across various projects, helping to design, optimize, and implement Salesforce-based solutions.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, especially Marketing Cloud
• Good understanding of CRM processes, customer lifecycle, and marketing automation concepts
• Ability to configure Salesforce tools (e.g. Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio) – no deep coding required
• Experience working in agile environments and managing stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, messaging and data-driven customer experience strategies
• Experience with integrations between SFMC and Service cloud
• Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to speak both “business” and “tech”
• Proficient in English (B2+), both spoken and written
• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant)
