Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant — Regular / Freelancer

We are looking for a Regular-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to cooperate on smaller implementation, development, and consulting projects. We are interested in freelance / B2B cooperation, engaged on a project basis — depending on client needs and the consultant's availability. This is not a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, among others:

• supporting projects in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM area,

• analyzing the client's business needs and translating them into system configuration,

• configuring functionalities in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights / Customer Intelligence,

• participating in workshops and meetings with the client,

• preparing simple descriptions of requirements, changes, backlog, or project documentation,

• supporting testing, stabilization, and development of implemented solutions,

• cooperating with the project team, analysts, developers, and stakeholders on the client's side.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in the following areas:

• Dynamics 365 Sales,

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service,

• Dynamics 365 Customer Insights / Customer Intelligence,

• CRM process configuration,

• basic understanding of sales, customer service, and customer data management processes,

• ability to work with business requirements,

• communication with the client and the project team,

• independence in carrying out entrusted tasks.

We expect Regular-level experience — meaning someone who can independently carry out established project tasks, but does not need to act as the main solution architect.

Nice to have

• knowledge of Power Platform,

• experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems,

• experience in data migration,

• participation in CRM projects for medium or large organizations,

• ability to prepare simple materials for the client.
