Portfolio Oversight Management (PMO)

Salary: 700-1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Warszawa (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Project

The role is within the Portfolio Oversight Management (PMO) function, focused on monitoring and controlling the SREP action plan and overseeing EBA LOM remediation progress.

The main objective is to support Management in consolidating and assessing remediation progress, providing structured reporting, stakeholder updates, escalation handling, and overall consolidated oversight. The function ensures progress control, funding oversight (including SIS process), governance support, and professional ad-hoc reporting while acting as a single point of escalation.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Support Management in consolidating and assessing SREP EBA LOM remediation progress
• Provide stakeholder management, structured status updates, and consolidated reporting
• Maintain oversight and control of progress against plan
• Act as a single point of escalation to governance and steering bodies
• Provide PM methods, tools, and coaching support to initiatives
• Oversee funding needs and SIS process, including SIS TIP funding and Benefit Investment Charter changes
• Develop and maintain a Master Plan and conduct quarterly Master Planning workshops
• Implement common planning standards and reporting
• Track KPIs across streams
• Manage weekly progress reporting including achievements, RAG status, dependencies, risks, issues, deviations, and decisions
• Provide reporting to EBA LOM Oversight SteerCo, Portfolio Oversight Management SteerCo, JST, GIA, GLT, SIS
• Execute communication plans and develop communication materials
• Provide aggregated view towards JST and manage ad-hoc information requests
• Escalate based on RAG status and oversee initiatives and individual projects

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience in PMO oversight
• Knowledge of the above responsibilities and activities
• Excellent drive to achieve, flexibility, and quick learning ability
• Master’s degree
• Excellent presentation and communication skills at senior management level

Nice to have

• Regulatory SREP EBA LOM knowledge
• Knowledge of credit risk management
• Experience in banking and data
