PMO (Portfolio Oversight Management)
PROJECT INFORMATION:

Work model: hybrid (3/week in Warsaw)
Remuneration: up to 150 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)
Summary: The role focuses on managing the Portfolio Oversight Management (PMO) by consolidating and assessing progress on SREP EBA LOM remediation, ensuring effective stakeholder management, and providing project management support.
Main Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of a Master Plan
Conducting Quarterly Master Planning Workshops
Implementing common planning standards and reporting
Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on stream performance
Providing stakeholder management, updates, and information
Controlling progress to plans
Acting as the single point of escalation for governance
Delivering PM coaching support and project management tools
Oversight of funding needs and the SIS process
Providing consolidated reporting
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in banking PMO oversight
Knowledge of responsibilities outlined in the role
Excellent drive to achieve, flexibility, and ability to learn quickly (master's degree)
Excellent presentation & communication skills at the senior management level
Nice to Have:
Regulatory SREP EBA LOM expertise
Knowledge in credit risk management
Background in banking and data
