As a Senior Product Manager – ML Scoring for Sponsored Offers, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking digital organization at the forefront of e-commerce, advertising, and marketplace ecosystems. You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of ML scoring products, shaping innovative solutions that deliver measurable business impact and elevate user experiences.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle for ML scoring capabilities in the Sponsored Offers area, from initial problem framing to delivering tangible business results.
- Orchestrate discovery and delivery processes, ensuring continuous stakeholder alignment with engineering and business teams.
- Optimize the product roadmap by balancing business value, usability, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Define clear problem statements and measurable outcomes, moving beyond mere delivery outputs.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to translate requirements into impactful ML-enabled products.
- Manage KPIs and prioritize features within a fast-paced e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic visibility and ensure stakeholder alignment.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of proven product management experience in digital products, especially within e-commerce, advertising, or similar marketplaces.
- Expertise in defining problem statements, measurable outcomes, and managing product roadmaps for medium-term objectives (6-12 months).
- Practical knowledge of ML-enabled products and the orchestration between Data Science and Engineering streams.
- Strong business acumen with experience in KPI-driven prioritization and decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with Director-level and cross-functional teams.
- Communicative proficiency in English at least B2 level.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in AdTech or ranking/recommendation products.
- Knowledge of experimentation platforms and A/B testing.
- Experience working with platform teams on data and ML roadmaps.
- Understanding of auction-driven monetization constraints and trade-offs.
- Familiarity with discovery frameworks, KPI setting, and backlog prioritization.
- SQL literacy and experience interpreting experiments and designing metrics.
Language Required for the role:
Good command of English (at least B2 level).
