Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of technology projects in close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams. The person in this role will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and reporting project progress to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the work of project teams in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

• Work closely with business representatives, technical leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.

• Participate in requirements analysis and support the creation, refinement, and prioritization of the project backlog.

• Manage project timelines, including planning, forecasting, tracking milestones, and identifying potential risks or delays.

• Monitor project progress and ensure that delivery remains aligned with agreed business objectives.

• Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting notes, decisions, risks, and dependencies.

• Report project status, risks, dependencies, and key outcomes to senior management.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity, transparency, and effective decision-making.

• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT project management or coordination of technology projects.

• Strong understanding of project planning, backlog management, timelines, dependencies, and delivery tracking.

• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in documenting project scope, progress, decisions, and risks.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Practical knowledge of project management and collaboration tools.
