Portfolio Oversight Management

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

The main objective of this RFP is to seeking understanding of the staffing, cost and readiness from suppliers.

Purpose of the Portfolio Oversight Management (PMO)

•Support the Management with consolidating and assessing the progress of SREP EBA LOM remediation

•Provide stakeholder management, information and status updates to the stakeholders

•Provide overview and control of the progress to plan

•Be the single point of escalation to governance and steering

•Provide project management methods & tools enabling the initiatives to manage their streams in a good manner and deliver PM coaching support

•Support the with professional ad-hoc reporting support

•Oversight of the funding needs and SIS process

•Overall consolidated reporting

1.Oversight on all EBA LOM Progress including own assessment of the “real” status

2.Provides aggregated view towards JST including managing any requests for ad-hoc information requests

3.Escalation point for: PMO based on own judgement of RAG status, For Initiatives/Individual projects (18)

Planning

•Development and maintenance of a Master Plan

•Quarterly Master Planning WS

•Implement common planning standards and reporting

•Execution of communication plan

•Development of comms. materials

•Review of materials and Action Plan

Must-have knowledge and experience

Proven Nordea experience in PMO oversight

Knowledge in the responsibilities above

Excellent drive to achieve, flexibility, quick learners (masters degree)

Excellent presentation & communication skills at senior management level

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

Regulatory SREP EBA LOM know-how
