Cyber Security Delivery Consultant

Salary: 150 - 190 PLN net/h on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in an international financial project focused on delivering and enhancing enterprise-class Cyber Security solutions, with a strong emphasis on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Risk & Compliance, and Data Protection. The role is responsible for delivering agreed project milestones in line with project requirements and ensuring effective collaboration between business stakeholders, legal teams, and technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Delivering project milestones according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Managing and addressing legal and internal contractual agreements required to implement a compliant DLP solution
• Driving the implementation of new and improving existing DLP use cases and policies to ensure high effectiveness of DLP controls
• Coordinating work of cross-functional and international delivery teams
• Managing business stakeholders’ expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Ensuring risk, compliance, and security requirements are embedded in delivered solutions

Expected competences and knowledge

• Broad knowledge of Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Risk and Compliance Management
• Experience in cyber security assessments and IT audit controls (access management, change management, IT operations) - min. 7 years
• Strong understanding various aspects of Cyber Security including process, technology, risk & compliance
• Professional Project Management skills
• Proven track record of achievements in IT Security
• Ability to work effectively in an international enterprise environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Nice-to-have:
  • Previous experience in large financial institutions
  • Hands-on experience with DLP platforms and policy design
