Technical Co-Lead (Cyber Security)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and coordination across 2DC mirroring projects

• Ensure all technical aspects are aligned with project objectives and delivery timelines

• Provide clear technical guidance to support planning and decision-making

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure milestones are on track and risks are assessed

• Maintain close communication with ongoing workstreams and support project activities

• Understand solutioning, monitor technical milestone deliveries, and contribute where required

• Ensure all technical deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard

• Identify and address technical issues proactively, collaborating with project teams

• Provide technical expertise and guidance across project activities

• Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards

Required Experience

• Strong technical project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical topics clearly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills with proactive approach to technical challenges

• Proficiency in technical tools and platforms related to:

  • cloud computing

  • data storage

  • networking

• Experience with 2DC mirroring technologies and data center operations

• Ability to balance technical depth with delivery oversight
