Senior Digital Experience and Marketing Transformation Manager
We are partnering with a leading global agricultural company that operates in over 100 countries and is driving innovation in sustainable farming through advanced seeds, crop protection solutions, and digital technologies.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Experience & Marketing Transformation Manager to lead the global digital marketing strategy in a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of digital experience, marketing operations, and AI-driven innovation.
This position sits close to global marketing leadership and involves collaboration with stakeholders across 90+ markets worldwide. You will own the vision and roadmap for key digital marketing capabilities — including platforms supporting web experience, campaign personalization, and digital engagement — and help scale them across a complex international organization.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on strategic leader with strong experience in digital product management, marketing technology ecosystems, and transformation initiatives. Experience with AI/ML applications in marketing will be a strong advantage.
What you’ll do:
Lead the global roadmap for digital experience and AI-driven marketing transformation
Own the evolution of key MarTech and digital experience platforms used across 90+ markets
Drive the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled marketing capabilities, including personalization, analytics, and content optimization
Define scalable frameworks, standards, and best practices for web, landing pages, experimentation, and digital engagement
Partner with regional and global teams to improve digital maturity and support change across markets
Collaborate with marketing, IT, data, and product stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver real business value
Define KPIs and track the performance of digital initiatives through clear reporting and dashboards
Work with vendors and external partners to support platform delivery and long-term development
Promote a culture of testing, learning, and continuous optimization
Present progress, recommendations, and impact to senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, MarTech, digital product management, or related areas
Experience leading digital marketing transformation in complex, global organizations
Strong understanding of digital experience platforms and MarTech tools (e.g. CMS, personalization, experimentation, SEO, analytics)
Experience working with platforms such as Drupal, VWO, SEMrush, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
Strong product mindset — comfortable owning roadmaps, priorities, and platform evolution
Experience driving alignment across multiple markets and senior stakeholders
Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics in marketing is a strong plus
Experience working with vendors / technology partners
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect business and technical teams
Fluent English
Nice to have:
Experience in agriculture, FMCG, life sciences, or other complex global industries
Additional languages such as German or Spanish
Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and digital data flows
