Marketing Manager

Join our client, a Y Combinator W26 company, as the right hand to the Head of Marketing. This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role focused on scaling a premium AI voice recorder across the US and European markets. You will operate across the full marketing stack with a singular goal: driving revenue. This is not an agency-management role; you are expected to take full ownership, identify funnel bottlenecks, and execute at high speed.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth: Drive sales across Meta, Google, Amazon, Email, and SMS.

• Funnel Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks; launch and iterate on landing pages, funnels, and offers.

• Creative & Testing: Provide creative direction for paid media and run rapid A/B tests across all channels.

• Retention: Own the Email and SMS channels as part of a holistic growth system.

• Testing Roadmap: Build and manage a roadmap based on impact and data insights.

• Strategic Execution: Work directly with the Head of Marketing to report on revenue, efficiency, and next steps.

Requirements

• Must-haves:

  • Proven track record of driving real revenue (not just campaign management).

  • Deep understanding of paid media scaling and performance marketing.

  • Proficiency in Email, Funnels, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • Ability to write or direct strong, conversion-focused copy.

  • High level of autonomy; ability to ship without overthinking or constant direction.

• Strong Pluses:

  • Experience with Amazon (listings and ads).

  • Background in high-growth DTC, SaaS, or consumer tech.

  • Experience as a marketing generalist or "right hand" in a fast-paced environment.
