Senior Azure Cloud Administrator - remote

Client: pharmaceutical industry

Hourly Rate: up to 45 EUR + VAT

Work arrangement: remote from Poland, full-time

For our client, one of the Global Pharmaceutical Company, we realize a recruitment process for Senior Azure Administrator role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Resource management: Deploying, configuring, and maintaining virtual networks, storage, and compute resources.

• Security and governance: Implementing security controls, managing user access, and ensuring compliance with policies.

• Performance and cost optimization: Monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing cloud costs.

• Operational duty: be part of the operations duty together with the other team members to ensure that solutions on the platform are running as expected and troubleshoot when needed – will require in-depth onboarding of solutions

• Collaboration: Working with data engineers and front-end developers, cloud admin teams (internal and external) and cloud security teams.

An ideal candidate profile:

• Higher education level within IT or other elated fields are preferred

• At least 5 years of experience as Administrator with hands-on experience with cloud based infrastructure

• Expertise in Azure Cloud services including developing and managing Azure services as well role-base accesses

• Knowledge of Cloud networking concepts to being able to configure Vnets

• Good Knowledge to interpret application and audit logs with log analytics among others

• Hands-on experience with ADO/GitHub to optimize pipelines, repositories and deployments

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Cloud as well programming languages like SQL or Python

• Fluency in English both written and spoken as you will be a part of global environment

• Nice to have experience with PureView or Fabric
