IT Support Engineer (NOC/System Administrator)
We are looking for a Hands-on IT Support Engineer (NOC/System Administrator) to provide critical onsite support for our client, a leading European digital employee benefits provider. If you are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys handling daily business operations, from network troubleshooting to M365 management, and you are ready to be the "go-to" person on the ground, this role is for you.
We are looking for a Poland-based System Administrator open to business trips to Netherlands for onsite operations.
Responsibilities:
Daily Business Operations: Act as the primary onsite point of contact for all IT-related issues, ensuring smooth daily business continuity.
M365 Administration: Manage and optimize the M365 tenant, handling user setup, permissions, and common office application support.
Infrastructure Support: Maintain and troubleshoot onsite network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi connectivity and hardware health.
Ticket Management: Monitor and resolve T2/T3 level incidents via Jira, ensuring timely updates and high service standards.
System Optimization: Identify and resolve common office IT bottlenecks, providing basic system administration for Windows-based environments.
Onsite Advocacy: Coordinate with the broader IT team to implement site-specific improvements and ensure all hardware/software meets corporate standards.
Min requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT Support, NOC, or System Administration (T2/T3 levels).
M365 Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with M365 tenant administration and setup.
Network Proficiency: Solid understanding of network fundamentals and experience handling onsite Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
Ticketing Systems: Practical experience using Jira for task tracking and incident management.
