We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a client-focused technology team supporting business users in a fast-paced environment.
Your role
Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, and workplace technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues end-to-end
Support Windows and macOS environments
Deliver high-quality user experience and guidance
Contribute to incident management and continuous improvements
Requirements
Min. 4+ years of experience in IT / Desktop / Technical Support
Excellent communication skills
Advanced knowledge of English
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with scripting/automation (e.g. PowerShell)
Solid communication and user-facing skills
Nice to have
Experience in financial services
Familiarity with market data or trading platforms
Experience with tools like Jira or device management solutions
