At least 3 years of hands-on experience in physical server configuration and Windows server management
L3 proficiency in End-user computing problem solving for any issues in operating systems, applications, e-mail applications, security controls, etc
Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
Experience in resolving any issues in the role of Hyper-V, DNS, Proxy and DHCP
Knowledge of backup applications such as NetBackup and Commvault
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Wi-Fi/network issues, printing and scanning applications. Experience with Webex, VCON-AV support and troubleshooting O365
Data centre maintenance & support
Fluency in English
Nice to have: ITIL process understanding, audit and compliance knowledge, documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Managing the IT infrastructure along with the team in Poland, which includes Microsoft Endpoint (Intune) device management & server operations, executive support and security compliance
Maintaining the systems and servers of a business' Windows operating system which include installing, configuring and supporting Windows-based physical and virtual servers, deploying and testing Windows operating systems e.g. virus updates, patches and performance tuning. Hardware upgrade and installation services including the enhancement and installation of various components such as RAM, SSD, etc
Vendor coordination with laptop & server OEM also coordination with corporate teams
Involvement into all data infrastructure day-to-day issues and extend remote or call support to end associates in resolving technical issues
Software management: software installations, license reconciliation and compliance
